A few of Geotechnology's larger projects include Lambert-St. Louis International Airport W-1W Runway Expansion, the new Busch Stadium, proposed Mississippi River Bridge, Pinnacle Casino, Park East Tower, The Legends in Kansas City and Argosy Casino. Our entire staff is involved
Everyone at Geotechnology has a voice. The state of the company and company-wide news is communicated to everyone through quarterly staff meetings. Everyone on our team has a vested interest in how the company operates and succeeds - we keep everyone up to date and solicit feedback. We strongly believe in strategic planning and expect the staff to be involved in developing and executing the plan. From increasing revenue to getting softer toilet paper in the bathrooms….we want to know what you think and do our best to create a great work environment.
New St. Louis headquarters
We have a cool, new headquarters building in St. Louis. We have the largest construction materials testing lab in the Midwest. Our soils lab, drill shop and yard are all on site as well.
New Collinsville, Illinois office
We're moving as of January 1, 2007 to a bigger office that is strategically located between 255 and 55/70. We can see the highways from our windows! This office will also have a new lab so we can be more responsive to our clients in Illinois.
Our Kansas City office is growing….a lot
Geotechnology has been fortunate to experience continuous growth for over two decades in St. Louis and will continue that trend. However, since opening in 2002, the Kansas City office is a flurry of activity as the region and the areas to the West are abundant with opportunities. We are proud of the success of this office and welcome people who want to keep the momentum going!
Compensation…of course
Geotechnology maintains above industry averages for pay. The company also provides excellent health benefits, 401K, cafeteria plans and paid leave. We maintain a strong emphasis on working safely so successful safety records are rewarded on a quarterly and annual basis. We also do other fun things just to let you know we care and keep morale high…pancake breakfasts, Thanksgiving lunches, holiday parties, tailgates, monthly birthday cakes and sometimes we call the ice cream truck to pay us a visit.
