DEVELOPMENT MARKET TEAM
The Development Team at Geotechnology partners with developers, property owners, real estate firms, institutions, government agencies, and design and construction companies to develop or redevelop a variety of sites.
The Team works to provide clients with comprehensive services beginning with site selection or project initiation and continuing through construction and problem solving to ensure quality throughout every step of the project. Clients will benefit from our innovative and experienced Development Team who can coordinate and manage a full range of services from geotechnical and environmental engineering to materials testing, construction observation and special inspections.
Geotechnology’s diverse development portfolio includes casinos, condominiums, commercial redevelopment, brownfields sites, hospitals, nursing homes, office buildings, prisons, retail developments and schools. The professionals on the Development Team work to understand their client’s business to ensure a full understanding of the project and to provide service alternatives that could be safer, more cost-effective or more time-efficient.
