Mary Fieseler

Since joining Geotechnology in 1995, Mary Fieseler has served as the Accounting Manager responsible for financial statements, corporate insurance, prebills, accounting software, insurance certificates, payroll and more. She relies on her expertise in financial accounting, payroll and Sema4 software to keep the company’s operations running smoothly.

Fieseler manages accounting responsibilities for all Geotechnology offices, including St. Louis, Collinsville, Kansas City, Drilling and Construction Materials Testing, and directs a staff that works efficiently and is responsive to clients. She maintains open communication with all divisions of the company to remain informed on projects and clients. Fieseler focuses on supporting a solid and strong accounting staff and works with them daily to maintain and improve responsiveness and efficiency for both internal and external clients.

In addition, Fieseler has played a key role in helping the company map out its goals and develop a strategic plan for each year. She helps the company stay on course to reach those goals and plays a vital role in the company’s financial future and success. She enjoys discussing ideas and current policies with senior management whose responsiveness helps her improve various company processes.

Fieseler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. Fieseler enjoys participating in various charitable walks and bike rides and has donated time to Habitat for Humanity.
